The SmartBalls Power Pack is a complete pelvic floor toning set. It will set you up for the years to come, stepping you through beginners to advanced stages of getting your pelvic floor into peak shape.

About SmartBalls Uno

Smartballs Uno are also ideal for women with a dropped (prolapsed) or tilted uterus.
Uno’s are recommended and safe to use for women prior to pregnancy and at least 6 weeks after giving birth.

• Uno's are easy to use and do not require much effort on your part. Your pelvic floor muscles automatically close to hold them in place, so you do not have to remember to squeeze
• After 6-8 weeks of regular use, you will notice a big improvement in bladder control
• SmartBall Uno weighs 42 grams and is 3.6cm in diameter.

SmartBalls Duo are the ideal weight for ongoing pelvic floor exercise and are the next step on from SmartBalls Uno for getting your muscles in peak shape. 

• SmartBalls Original are made of hypoallergenic medical grade silicone, which is very durable and easy to clean with hot water and a mild soap
• We recommend using a hypoallergenic lubricant with your SmartBalls for comfort and ease of use (included in this pack)
• SmartBalls Duo have two balls, each 4.1cm in diameter and weighs a total of 85 grams. The total length is 10.2 cm's in length (not including the removal string)
