Pelvic Floor Answers;

Generally pain on removal of Smart Balls is a technique issue. If you resist and tense your muscles, it will be difficult to remove the Smart Balls. I recommend tightening and relaxing your pelvic floor muscles with the Smart Balls inside and then doing the same whilst breathing deeply, holding your breath and then breathing out and relaxing at the same time you let your muscles go and gently push.
Some women find standing with one leg up on the toilet (lid down) or sitting or squatting on the side of the bath.
You need to find a place and time where you are not worried about being disturbed by other people as this may cause you to become tense.
The key is in the breathing and relaxing. The difficulty you are having removing them will not affect the gains you have made by using the balls, however it is important to develop a technique where you can relax enough to remove them.
I hope that helps and let us know if you are still struggling
