Smart Balls are not usually suitable for a severe prolapse as many women do not have sufficient room to insert the Smart Ball, which sit up high in the vagina.

Question

I am 53 and i have a total uterus prolapse. May I use Uno or Duo Smart Balls.

Answer

Smart Balls are not usually suitable for a severe prolapse as many women do not have sufficient room to insert the Smart Ball, which sit up high in the vagina.
The Natratone may not be suitable either if the prolapse has resulted in bulging below or outside the vaginal entrance. We recommend  a gynaecological specialist assessment if the prolapse is severe. You may have already had this. A specialist can assess the severity - often if no surgery is required they will recommend ovestin + PFM exercises (and so refer to mild/moderate prolapse above). Once a surgical solution has been determined.

NatraTone can be recommended once healing is completed to provide on-going support the pelvic organs.
