Are these smart balls suitable if you have had a complete hysterectomy?

Smart Balls are suitable provided you have sufficient room in the vagina for the ball to sit. Some women find after a hysterectomy that the vagina has insufficient room.
The Smart Ball Uno sits on top of the pelvic floor muscles well above the vaginal opening. We would recommend using the Uno (single ball) and definitely lubricant.
The Beginners pack is the most cost effective option.
If you are not confident there ball will have room in the vagina then we would recommend using the Natratone as this sits in the vaginal opening and only for the short amount of time you are doing the actual exercises.
