I understand from reading on your website that the best product for me would be the NatraTone. Would I also benefit from using the Smart Ball Uno at the same time?

Question

I've been reading your website and am very interested in the NatraTone and SmartBalls.
I have had 2 (very large) babies and have not done any work on my pelvic floor since the birth of my youngest, who is now 12 months old. While I don't suffer from urinary incontinence, I do have a mild rectal prolapse and I suspect very weak pelvic floor muscles.
I understand from your website that the best product for me would be the NatraTone. Would I also benefit from using the SmartBall Uno at the same time, or wait for 6 weeks and then progress to that?
Many thanks for your help.

Pelvic Floor Answers;

Natratone is effective for strengthening pelvic floor/core muscles and is a good support for mild to moderate prolapse.
Using the Natratone alone is sufficent for most women and would not require also using the Smar tBalls. We encourage women to use Natratone as often as possible and particularly where you have had a prolapse, for a longer period of time-at least 3 months.

The Natratoner device is very good at teaching you how to activate the correct muscles to improve your pelvic floor strength and it can become part of your ongoing daily routine without needing to use the device itself.
