SmartBalls Duo are a good work out for women who already have excellent pelvic floor tone. They are worn vaginally and will help to maintain very good pelvic floor muscles.

We only recommend these for women who do regular Pilates or Yoga, and who have already used and mastered Smart Balls Uno or a similar product.

Smart Balls Duo (72 gms) are much heavier than Smart Balls Uno (36gms) and are not recommended for beginners or women with compromised or weak pelvic floor muscles.

• SmartBalls Duo are two balls made from comfortable medical grade plastic covered with medical grade silicone. 
• These materials are non-porous and do not absorb any body fluids and are super hygienic and easy to clean
• Wear your Duo's for short periods of time and build up muscle strength until you can wear them daily as part of your SmartBalls toning programme.
• We recommend using a hypoallergenic lubricant for comfort and ease of insertion and removal.
• Smart Balls Duo weigh 72 grams, each of the two balls of graduated size 32mm and 36mm in diameter and measure a total of 100mm (10cm) in length (not including the removal string).
