SmartBalls Uno are especially suitable for women who have recently given birth, have not used SmartBalls before, or who have compromised pelvic floor muscles (sneeze or cough and wet your pants).

SmartBalls Uno can be suitable for women with a mild to moderate prolapse (POP) provided there is sufficient space in the vagina, or a tilted uterus. Uno’s are recommended and safe to use for women prior to pregnancy and at least 6 weeks after giving birth. 

SmartBall Uno weighs 36 grams and is just 36mm in diameter.

SmartBall Uno's are easy to use and do not require much effort on your part.

• Your pelvic floor muscles automatically close to hold them in place; once sufficient muscle memory is made (usually after 4 or 5 times of wearing the SmartBall) you do not have to remember to squeeze.
• After 6-8 weeks of regular use, you will notice a big improvement in bladder control.
• Totally silent, all SmartBalls are made from hypo-allergenic materials and can be washed in with hot water and mild soap.
• SmartBalls Uno are made from meidcal grade plastic covered with medical grade silicone. These materials are non-porous and do not absorb any body fluids and are super hygienic and easy to clean
• SmartBalls have been developed in consultation with an incontinence specialist and a midwife in Germany and have been awarded the iF Design Award in 2014.
• All SmartBalls come with easy to follow instructions on how to get your internal muscles into shape and doing their job.
