Weak pelvic floor muscles are the prime cause of bladder weakness in healthy women—NatraTone is a simple way to tone and strengthen weak pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles to prevent and correct bladder weakness. Natratone retrains your brain to identify and correctly activate your pelvic floor muscles when needed, such as when you sneeze, laugh or jump on a trampoline.

NatraTone can be used by women of all ages and life stages and is safe to use during pregnancy (first seek advice from your lead maternity carer). It is also helpful for women who have mild to moderate POP or pelvic organ prolapse—uterus, bladder, bowel and/or rectum; and can be helpful to support preparation and recovery from pelvic surgery.

Natratone is easy to use, just 5 minutes twice a day, every other day (3 times per week) for a minimum of 6 weeks (we recommend continuing the programme for longer). Some women start to notice improvement improvement within as little as 10 days.
