SmartBalls come in 2 different weights, each suited to a different level of pelvic floor 'fitness'.
SmartBalls Uno is the single ball and is recommended for beginners who have never used SmartBalls pelvic floor training before. We find Uno is a great place to start for most women with mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse (POP), new mothers, and women of all ages who want to improve their pelvic floor muscles to prevent and correct bladder weakness.
SmartBalls Duo are the double balls and are recommended for women who have mastered the SmartBalls Uno and are an excellent progression for those graduating from the SmartBalls Uno. The Duo will set you up for a lifetime free from bladder weakness. Smart BallsDuo may not be suitable for all women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP).
SmartBalls Uno and Duo are not recommended for use during pregnancy. For women who wish to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy, we recommend Natratone.
