We offer a 12 month guarantee on Fun Factory Smart Balls against all manufacturing faults.

  • If you, or your customer encounter a faulty product, please contact us immediately to ensure that we can resolve the matter for you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
  • In all cases the customer must provide a receipt as proof of purchase so we can accurately determine if the product is within the guarantee period. Please return the customer receipt with the faulty products.
  • NB: Please choose carefully as you cannot return the product due to a change of mind nor is it a satisfaction guarantee.

How to return faulty products

  • The seller offers the above guarantee for manufacturing faults only and does not cover faults or malfunction due to improper use of the product. (For our wholesale customers, please ensure each customer receives a Pelvic Floor Health  'how to' leaflet with their SmartBall purchase to ensure they have all the information needed to use SmartBalls safely).
  • All faulty products must be returned complete with a written note detailing the fault.
  • All faulty products must be returned with their original customer receipt as proof of purchase. 
  • All faulty products must be within the guarantee period.
  • The cost of shipping to return faulty products is worn by the buyer.
  • The Seller reserves the right to assess all returned products to ensure accurate fault diagnosis. This process will take a maximum of 5 working days upon receipt of the product.
  • The Seller will issue wholesale customers with a credit invoice. This replacement value will be held against the next order placed by the Buyer or a replacement product will be sent out.
  • Retail customers will be issued with a replacement product.

Delivery Policy

  • Goods will be usually sent on the next working day after payment clears. If ordered items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment, or offer an alternative product or colour choice.
  • We offer a 2-3 working days Express Post courier service to the main centres in NZ once payment has cleared. Pick ups and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only so allow and extra 2-3 days if you place your order over a weekend. Allow for 2-3 working days for outlying and rural delivery areas.
Discreet packaging assured, your parcel will arrive in an unmarked courier bag, we put a return address only on the bag and do not include our business name for your privacy.
  • If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of placing your order, when you have paid by credit card or direct credit, please contact us immediately so that we can track the item. If there is likely to be a delay you will be notified immediately.
  • The postage and handling charge for retail customers (within New Zealand) is NZ$8.99 per delivery.

Delivery policy for wholesale customers

  • If you have paid by direct credit, we must have received the payment into the Pelvic Floor Health bank account before the goods will be sent out, this can take 1-2 working days.
  • All goods are sent by courier and must be signed for.
  • Payments made using a credit card via this website will be processed immediately on week days and on Monday's following weekends.
